Comprehensive Assessment for Learning & Development
Our pediatric evaluations provide a detailed picture of a child’s cognitive strengths, weaknesses, and optimal learning methods.
These assessments include educational recommendations for modifications, accommodations, placement, and additional therapy services.
What to Expect:
Evaluations involve up to 10 hours of face-to-face testing, conducted over multiple sessions. Assessments include:
- Parent interviews and questionnaires
- School observations
- Psychological and neuropsychological testing
Comprehensive Evaluation Includes:
- In-depth cognitive, developmental, and educational testing
- Individual feedback and consultation
- A detailed report with findings and recommendation
Your Evaluation Report Covers:
- A list of strengths and areas for improvement
- Recommendations for overcoming challenges
- Identification of best learning methods
- Eligibility for special education services (e.g., 504 plans, IEPs)
- Guidance on accommodations and modifications for curriculum access
- Referrals to outside professionals if needed
- Practical strategies to support learning in the least restrictive environment
Drs. Zaremski and Light also provide Independent Educational Evaluations through local school districts.
